Security Officer Training
We invest in our employees because Our People Make the Difference! Each officer has had a FBI fingerprint records check. All officers are subject to quarterly random drug testing. Training plans are developed for each client, based on their specific needs determined by the security assessment and client agreement.
Progress can then be tracked against the training plan, regulatory requirements and client agreements, and reported to the client on a regular basis We assist our client in establishing written post guidelines. Officers assigned to hazardous waste or environmental posts are given first responder awareness level training which is site specific.
Officers are given a code of conduct as part of their training. Secure Task Security Officer training is delivered through a highly-effective blended approach utilizing classroom learning, on-the-job training and mentoring
Level 1: Introduction to Security
Secure Task security officer introduction builds a foundation of basic security skills which all officers must complete before being assigned to a post. All officers are fully licensed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including all mandated training, before being placed on assignment. And each officer is given a handbook which they can use as their own reference guide for company information.
Management Training
We believes in the continuing education of their management personnel. We provide the opportunity for them to utilize available tools to be successful in running their business and in their interactions with employees and clients. our management training programs include:
