Answer: Answer: With many qualified people to draw from, we believe in carefully selecting personnel for each assignment. We have developed a screening process that carefully matches the skills of the officer to the specific requirements of the assignment. Our screening process includes:

Question: What type of supervision is given to the security officers in the field?

Answer: Supervision is the primary key to providing that service. There are mobile supervisors who will visit your site to troubleshoot any problems and to inspect the security officer In addition, the mobile supervisor will reinforce the procedural manuals and instruct the security officers on any changes you wish to make. Furthermore, our supervisors have the authority to make adjustments to your security program and have the experience to perform during on-site emergencies.

Question: Can I contact to Managers after hours like weekends or holydays?

Answer: we have a Duty Manager Program. On weekends and after business hours, a Secure Task Manager is assigned to visit and inspect the sites. This guarantees two things - it keeps our staff in touch with the employees and gives them an opportunity to visit the sites and evaluate the security services being provided.

Question: Do you offer temporary or "as needed" security services?
